Hope some of the water managers on the Middle Rio Grande take this book to heart. And then act accordingly when they hire some consultant to “show them the way”.
I don’t live in the Colorado river drainage, but I love your writings! Down here in SE AZ I’m in the Yaqui river watershed, which seems to be stable for the time being. I pump my water from a water-table about one hundred feet down, and this water-district has limitations which prevent pecan orchards or circle-pivot cotton farms from moving in. Keep up the good work!
