  1. Hope some of the water managers on the Middle Rio Grande take this book to heart. And then act accordingly when they hire some consultant to “show them the way”.

  2. I don’t live in the Colorado river drainage, but I love your writings! Down here in SE AZ I’m in the Yaqui river watershed, which seems to be stable for the time being. I pump my water from a water-table about one hundred feet down, and this water-district has limitations which prevent pecan orchards or circle-pivot cotton farms from moving in. Keep up the good work!
