DCP by the numbers

I’m forever needing to look up these numbers, sticking them here so I can find them easily, and y’all can as well. It’s the cuts by Lake Mead elevation levels for the various parties under the Colorado River Drought Contingency Plan and the related Minute 323 between the U.S. and Mexico:

  1. I had not visited your site for the last year or more. I did not realize the Lake Mead level had dropped even lower this year until I caught up on things here. It has not bubbled up to the news that I normally read.

Do I understand correctly that these numbers are the cuts to usage or “contributions” that each party is supposed to make. At first, I was reading it backwards as the amount of water that they would get.
