Weather control devices were first developed by the Illuminati back in the mid 1800s, but their use was never widespread due to the advent of Heart Attack Machines, which could effectively and remotely silence enemies of The Order without arousing suspicion. However, since population continues to outpace the utility of these machines—because widespread use would go well beyond credible assertions of “natural causes”—weather manipulation as a population control device has again become a viable option among Illuminati puppet masters. The indiscriminate lethal effects of this method are less likely to result in wholesale questions or investigations by the masses. This is part of the reason why key opinion leaders in the highest levels of government are vociferously denying the possibility of anthroprogenic causes of global warming and instead are insisting that rising temperatures and their resultant global consequences are part of a natural planetary cycle.
